Relief International is an international non-profit organization that partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing. Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, providing Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education and Livelihoods programming that creates the foundation for community resilience. We do this by working with local actors to develop safe and inclusive local programming that is evidence based, conflict sensitive, climate smart, and reaches those in need.

• Working under the direct supervision of finance Coordinator
• Scanning financial documents and uploading them into box and NetSuite.
• Appropriate archiving files.
• Visiting bank, MoE, MoF and etc. if requested by the supervisor.
• Assist finance Coordinator in supplier payments.

To coordinate with the HR department to make sure staff timesheets are complete on a timely basis.

• To coordinate with the operation department in the reconciliation of GIK items on timely basis
• Participating in payroll preparation on monthly basis.

Other tasks requested by the supervisor.

• At least School graduate student (class 12^th) or having deploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with, e-mail, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Team oriented, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong organization skill

Good knowledge  in English, and fluency in the local language  Pashto and Dari
