Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

انتقال اموال و اجناس مرکز صحی طبق نیاز به دستور آمر مستقیم.

انتقال کارمندان به کلینیک های مورد نیاز و طبق پلان کاری.

دریوری بصورت محتاطانه و طبق رهنمود دفتر خدمات صحی آقا خان و دولت.

حفظ و نگهداری عراده جات دفتر، پاک نگهداری، ترمیم و بصورت درست و طبق نیاز.

مطمین بودن از اینکه لوازم ضروری داخل موتر بصورت درست کار نموده و فعال میباشد.

مطمین بودن از اینکه تمام اسناد ضروری، مثل اسناد موتر، جواز السیر، اسناد بیمه، لیسنس دریوری در تمام مواقع در موتر موجود باشد.

بسته نمودن کمربند امنیتی در مسافرت، و مطمین بودن از اینکه لوازم از قبیل کمربند امنیتی، تایر اضافی، کیت ترمیم، کیت صحی اولیه در موتر موجود بوده و فعال میباشد.

قبل از دریوری و سفر های طویل باید مطمین بود که تانک موتر پر از تیل میباشد.

تهیه راپور درست و دقیق از کلیومتر و کتاب ثبت ( لاک بوک) به امر و ثبت راپور باید بصورت روزمره ثبت گردد.

دریور باید بصورت مسلکی و درست و با احترام با دیگر همکاران برخورد نماید.

استفاده و انتقال مواد غیر قانونی در عراده جات رسمی دفتر منع بوده و در صورت انجام ان منجر به    

فسخ قرارداد میگردد.

انجام دیگر موارد و وظایف که از طرف امر مستقیم به دریوران داده میشود.

اجرا وظایف دیگر به دستور آمر مستقیم.

داشتن سند فراغت از صنف ۱۲ مکتب.

داشتن حتمی جواز راننده گی مسلکی و بروز رسیده.

داشتن حد اقل دوسال تجربه کاری راننده مسلکی با ارگان های شناخته شده.

توانایی خوب ذهنی و فزیکی.

آشنایی کامل با لسان های محلی (آشنایی با لسان انگلیسی ارجعیت داده میشود).

داشتن تصدیق نامه در بخش های راننده گی از جمله برتریت محسوب میشود.

داشتن سجاياي اخلاقي (صبرو حوصله ، دلسوزي، محتاط بودن...)

مراعات نمودن تمام موازين اسلامي.

ممنوعيت ها:

اظهار نظرنمودن يا نمايندگي کردن از موسسه خدمات صحی آغاخان بدون موافقه شخص مسئول.

استعمال ملکيت يادارائي موسسه خدمات صحی آغاخان به استفاده شخصي.

درحالت غيرنارمل بودن دراثر استعمال ادويه ياالکول.

ساير ممنوعيت ها کاملاً در قانون باجزاي انظباطي قيد شده اند.
