SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO which, for more than 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs for food, water and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the first cause of death in the world, SI's interventions provide expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion, but also in the essential area of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty-five countries, SI's teams – more than 2400 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and a few volunteers - work with professionalism and commitment while respecting culture.

MISSION
Goal/purpose:
The Base Manager Administrator Logistician ensures the representation of Solidarités International by order of the DCD OPS on a base, sub-base, or in a geographic zone.
He/she is in charge of life on the base and ensures good communication between the different services.
He/she is the security referent on the base, and he/she ensures compliance with all of Solidarités International’s rules and procedures.
The Base Manager Administrator-Logistician is permanently based in Zaranj city, with frequent visits to the districts of Nimroz province.
Under the supervision of the DCD Operation, the -base Manager administrator – Logistician carries out administrative, accounting, financial and logistics management of his/her -base, in compliance with donor and SOLIDARITES International procedures.
He/she organizes logistics and administrative support to the programs and
the -Base Manager Administrator – Logistician is charged with ensuring that Solidarités International’s Human Resources policy is properly implemented as well as of the supervision of all the logistics and administrative activities at the base level.
He supports monitors and trains the members of his administrative and logistic team.
He/she assists the DCD Operation to implement the security procedures
