Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.
Manage and maintain supply chain data, including inventory levels, procurement records, supplier performance, and logistics data.
Data entry of IMAT, consumption reports and m-supply on monthly basis
Develop dashboards and reports to track supply chain KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, stock levels, supplier reliability).
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving data discrepancies.
Support supply chain planning and forecasting processes with timely and accurate data.
Maintain and improve the functionality of m-supply, LMIS, or other digital tools used in supply management.
Develop and document procedures for data entry, data validation, and reporting standards of pharmaceutical
Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices of pharmaceuticals management.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in m-supply or managing data in health supply chain would be an added advantage.
