Job Descriptions:

The Admin Officer will oversee administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations and support for organizational activities. This role enhances productivity by coordinating resources and facilitating communication.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain administrative systems.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all administrative activities.
  • Maintain the inward/outward letters filing
  • Provide support for human resources functions, including onboarding and staff offices and equipment setup.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory management.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Support project management and logistics for organizational initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Assist the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role or office management.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with office management procedures and software applications.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English language, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
