About Tak-Saz Social and Educational Development Services Organization (TSEDSO): 

TakSaz Development organization was established by a group of visionary young professionals with the aim to develop an Educated and aware society free of poverty and illiteracy as the foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable future, leaving no one behind.

Our mission is to provide education and social development services (including women empowerment, economic wellbeing, children, youths’ rights and peace) for under served and most marginalized, fragile and conflict affected communities through partnership, global humanitarian assistance and humanitarian development nexus.

To create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that supports the well-being and productivity of the TSEDSO community through dedicated service in culinary, cleaning, and security roles.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cook

• Plan and prepare daily menus.
• Cook and present meals according to set recipes.
• Preparing tea and drinks for staff on a daily basis
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Manage food inventory and storage.
• Monitor food quality and freshness.
• Collaborate with dietitians for special dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely.

Office Cleaner

• Clean and sanitize office spaces daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and mop floors regularly.
• Restock supplies such as soap and paper towels.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Ensure restroom cleanliness and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Guard

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies.
• Maintain logs of daily activities and incidents.
• Enforce organizational policies and procedures.
• Interact professionally with staff and visitors.
• Assist with safety drills and training.
• Report any suspicious activity to management.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary.

Maintain security equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the respective field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.

Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.
