Job Descriptions:

The Admin and Finance Assistant will provide comprehensive support in both administrative and financial functions in provincial office, ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial reporting. This role is essential for maintaining organizational efficiency and compliance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing daily provincial office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the finance team in processing invoices and payments.
  • Manage the daily petty cash and processing documents.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and help prepare financial reports.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate schedules for staff.
  • Handle communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • File and maintain documentation for both administrative and financial purposes.
  • Support human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Help implement office policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Provide assistance in project management and logistics.

Contribute to team meetings and report on progress of tasks.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in administrative or finance-related roles.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and office management.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask.
