Network Zone has distribution from local GSM companies namely, Etisalat, Roshan and AWCC, regarding microwave link which is used for Internet as well as for Intranet. Network Zone have expert team for installation of different type of microwave for data communication, such as NERA, NEC, ZTE and Huawei brand microwave used for different projects.
Our hotspot services are supportable in military camps, UN compounds and international organizations upon their requirements. Hotspot user management can easily support through high standard devices and servers. The hotspot coverage allows the users access to Internet services by only having single user and password, which will be allocated separately for individual users. Unlimited packages with high quality, secure, fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet access in the compound at affordable cost.
The Asset/Inventory Management Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and tracking all physical assets, network equipment, and IT inventory of the ISP. This role ensures the accurate recording, proper storage, and timely issuance of inventory to support operational efficiency and reduce losses. The officer also assists in procurement and audit processes.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all ISP assets, including networking equipment (routers, switches, APs, P2P devices), IT hardware (computers, laptops, servers), office furniture, and consumables.
Conduct periodic physical inventory audits to reconcile records with actual stock.
Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, if any.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of all assets.
2. Asset Tracking and Documentation
Maintain an updated asset register with details such as serial numbers/ Mac addresses, purchase date, warranty, supplier, location, and assigned user.
Record all movements of assets—issuance, transfer, return, or disposal.
Generate regular reports for management on asset status, depreciation, and utilization.
Assist in documenting standard operating procedures for inventory control.
3. Coordination with Technical Teams
Work closely with field engineers, technicians, and the operations team to provide required equipment for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely return of equipment from tower/ field staff and customers if leased/loaned.
Verify functional condition of returned equipment before reissuing.
4. Procurement Support
Coordinate with the management for timely ordering of network equipment, IT devices, and consumables.
Verify received goods against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
Suggest alternative suppliers or equipment based on quality, availability, and cost.
5. Compliance and Security
Ensure physical security of assets in warehouses or storage rooms.
Implement measures to prevent theft, loss, or misuse of assets.
Assist in audits conducted by internal or external auditors.
6. Reporting
Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
Highlight discrepancies, losses, and obsolete assets for timely decision-making.
Provide data to support financial reporting and capital asset management.
