Job Summary

The facilitator will lead activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS), Digital Hubs, and Multipurpose Adolescent Girls Groups (MAGs), ensuring access to essential services, capacity building, and digital education.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate structured activities for women and girls in safe spaces.
  • Teaching Computer Subjects and online tools to the participants of WGSS.
  • Provide access to hygiene kits, psychosocial support, and vocational training.
  • Train adolescent girls in digital skills and life skills through Digital Hubs.
  • Establish and mentor Multipurpose Adolescent Groups (MAGs).
  • Conduct awareness-raising sessions on gender equality and GBV prevention.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sience or a related field.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentorship abilities.

Deliverables

  • Reports on WGSS and Digital Hub activities.
  • Training completion records and participant feedback.
  • Monthly updates on MAG group progress and achievements.
