Yousra Road Building and Construction Company (YRBCC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of infrastructure and construction projects in multiple provinces. The successful candidate will lead field teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with donor and company standards, and report progress to headquarters. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to deliver high-quality results in challenging environments.

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in project management within the construction sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc required; Master’s preferred)

• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, quality control, safety, and risk management

• Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)

• Fluency in Dari or Pashto, and working knowledge of English

• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across the assigned provinces

• Must be Afghan national and male (as per current field requirements)
