Yousra Road Building and Construction Company (YRBCC) is hiring a Quality Control / Site Engineer to ensure that all project activities meet the highest standards of quality and technical compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction works, verifying materials, preparing quality reports, and ensuring that works are executed in accordance with design specifications, drawings, BOQs, and donor compliance guidelines.

This is a field-based role requiring regular on-site presence across assigned provinces and coordination with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or site engineering in road/building/water projects

• Deep knowledge of construction materials, ACI/ASTM standards, and QC testing procedures

• Proficient in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

• Ability to prepare daily quality reports, inspection checklists, and documentation

• Familiar with tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD

• Must be able to travel and stay at project sites when required

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Must be Afghan national
