Humanity Health Matters Organization (HHMO) is a national, independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization headquartered in Kabul. HHMO works to enhance public health, WASH, livelihoods, education, and protection through community-driven, inclusive, and sustainable humanitarian interventions.

Purpose of the Position:
The Program Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that HHMO’s projects are effectively implemented, monitored, documented, and presented in line with donor requirements, humanitarian standards, and organizational strategies.
The position bridges program design, field coordination, and reporting — ensuring that HHMO’s achievements are measurable, visible, and impactful.

Reports directly to the Program Director, and coordinates closely with the MEAL, Communications, and Field Implementation teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all projects.
