Humanity Health Matters Organization (HHMO) is a national, independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization headquartered in Kabul. HHMO works to enhance public health, WASH, livelihoods, education, and protection through community-driven, inclusive, and sustainable humanitarian interventions.
Operating across multiple provinces, HHMO partners with UN agencies, international NGOs, and donors to address urgent humanitarian needs while strengthening local resilience and empowerment — particularly for women and youth.
Purpose of the Position:
The Program Intern will assist the Program and MEAL teams in the day-to-day support of ongoing humanitarian and development projects. This internship aims to provide a learning opportunity for fresh graduates and young professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in program management, monitoring, reporting, and communication in an NGO setting.
The intern will work under close supervision and receive guidance throughout the internship to develop essential technical and soft skills for a future humanitarian career

The intern will work under the direct supervision of the Program Officer and will receive guidance from the Head of Programs and MEAL Team. Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to support the intern’s learning and professional development.
