Apex AMANAT Microfinance Services (AAMS), an impact-driven investment arm of the Rupani Development Initiative (RDI), is launching a new Microfinance Institution (MFI) in Afghanistan.
Rupani Development Initiative (RDI) is looking for experienced professionals for its upcoming Microfinance Institution (MFI) in Afghanistan. The positions aim to build a strong management team to ensure effective operations, financial sustainability, and impactful service delivery.
General Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager will lead the branch team to achieve operational targets, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead branch operations, including supervision of staff, client management, and financial transactions.
Achieve branch targets for loan disbursement, repayments, and client growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
Ensure adherence to AAMS policies, procedures, and Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) regulations.
Implement Sharia-compliant lending practices where applicable, ensuring ethical and transparent service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of branch transactions and prepare regular financial and operational reports.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to branch staff to ensure professional development and accountability.
Build strong client relationships, promote savings culture, and identify opportunities for local business growth.
