Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

1. ارائهء خدمات مواظبت هاي دوران حاملگي شامل تامين صحت خانم هاي حامله و شناخت بموقع علايم خطرناك حاملگي خانه پري كارت قبل ازولادت

. 2. كمك براي مادراني كه جهت ولادت به كلينيك مراجعه مينمايند، شناخت بموقع واقعات خطرناك، معرفي آن به داكتر كلينيك و رجعت دهي آنها، خانه پري كارت ولادت و ثبت راجستر نمودن كيفيت واقعه شامل حالت طفل و مادر در جريان وساعات اول بعد از ولادت، تولدات مرده، سقط ها ، مرگ و مير مادران، Stillbirths و غيره.

3. توصيه براي خانم ها جهت مراجعه به كلينيك بعد ازولادت، خانه پري كارت بعد از ولادت، ارائهء خدمات مواظبت هاي دوران بعد از ولادت و شناخت بموقع علايم خطرناك و معرفي آن به داكتر كلينيك.

4. معاينه و تداوي يكتعداد معين مريضي هاي معمول ولادي-نسائي با مشورهء داكتر كلينيك.

5. تنظيم،‌ پاك نگهداشتن و محافظت دقيق تمام لوازم و سامان بخش مربوطه.

6. ارائهء خدمات تنظيم خانواده براي كسانيكه درخواست مينمايند، تشريح مفاد فاميلي پلاننگ براي تمام مراجعين ، تشريح مناسب روشهاي فاميلي پلاننگ براي درخواست كنندگان و دادن حق انتخاب به آنها.

7. مطلع ساختن داكتر كلينيك در صورت مشاهده پرابلم ها.

8. رعايت دقيق شرايط Asepsie & Antisepsis در اتاق ولادت.

9. بررسي سامان و لوازم غير مصرفي مربوطه بطور ربعوار و دادن گزارش به آمر كلينيك.

10. وارسي و محافظت دوامدارادويه عاجل در اتاق ولادت

11. سهم گيري فعال در تعليمات صحي صبحانه، و دادن تعليمات صحي به مادران حامله و جهت تنظيم خانواده.

12. احترام به سيستم صحي قريه ورعايت دقيق موازين رجعت گيري از طريق دايه هاي محلي وجامعه، دادن باز جواب مناسب به آنها و رجعت دهي مريضان به آنها جهت تعقيب.

13. رجعت دهي واقعات اختلاطي و مشكل به قدمه هاي بالاتر از طريق آمر كلينيك.

14. راجستريشن و راپوردهي دقيق ومنظم از تمام فعاليت ها.

15. آمادگي به اشتراك در كورس هاي تربيوي.

16. سعي در ايجاد فضاي دوستانه بين كارمندان ومراجعين .

17. اشتراك منظم وفعال در جلسات كلينيك.

18. حضور مداوم به محل وظيفه.

19. مراعات دقيق لوايح و مقررات سازمان.

20. رعايت قوانين اسلامي، اخلاقي و اجتماعي

Job Requirements:

Midwifery degree is required. • At least 4 years of experience in as a Midwife at clinics/HFs, received BEmONC, Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC), Nutrition training as essential. • Good understanding of BPHS and EPHS projects. • Good knowledge of MoPH policies. • Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines, demonstrated flexibility and multi-task ability. • Good interpersonal skills, motivation for teamwork
