Position Definition:

Own city-level sales execution, distributor management, and retail coverage for assigned territory.

Key Role:

Achieve city revenue targets, maximize retail distribution, and lead a 3-person sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage 3 Sales Representatives
• Manage 2-5 key distributors/wholesalers in the territory.
• Daily sales team deployment and route planning
• Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail (prevent stock-outs)
• Execute in-store promotions and POS material placement
• Resolve distributor payment/credit issues with the finance team
• Weekly sales reporting (volume, revenue, coverage)
• Conduct monthly distributor business reviews

• 3-5 years FMCG sales experience (2+ years in team leadership)
• Deep knowledge of assigned city's retail landscape
• Existing relationships with local distributors/wholesalers (preferred)
• Motorcycle/car license and willingness to travel daily within city
• Strong team management and coaching skills
• Fluent in Dari/Pashto and basic English
• Results-driven with proven ability to meet targets
