Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs
• Supervise daily TSFP implementation at health facilities and community distribution sites
• Ensure correct screening, admission, follow-up, discharge, and referral of MAM children and pregnant and lactating women (PLW)
• Ensure accurate anthropometric measurements (MUAC, weight, height) and correct use of TSFP tools and registers
• Monitor proper distribution, storage, handling, and utilization of WFP nutrition commodities (e.g. Super Cereal, RUSF)
• Ensure compliance with ration sizes, distribution schedules, and beneficiary targeting criteria
• Ensure TSFP activities comply with WFP standards, CMAM guidelines, and partner SOPs
• Monitor service quality and identify gaps, challenges, and corrective actions
• Review TSFP registers, tally sheets, stock records, and reports for accuracy and completeness
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly TSFP reports in a timely manner
• Support data quality checks, beneficiary tracking, and performance indicator monitoring
• Participate in WFP, donor, and internal monitoring visits, assessments, and audits
• Monitor nutrition commodity stock levels and prevent stock-outs, losses, or misuse
• Ensure proper warehouse management practices including FIFO/FEFO and stock card updates
• Coordinate with logistics and supply teams for timely requisition and replenishment of commodities
• Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and technical support to TSFP staff and volunteers
• Support training and refresher sessions on TSFP protocols, reporting tools, and accountability standards
• Supervise and support field teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and codes of conduct
• Coordinate TSFP activities with health facility staff, community outreach teams, and local stakeholders
• Support community mobilization, screening, and referral activities
• Promote Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), including complaints and feedback mechanisms
• Ensure integration and coordination between TSFP, OTP, IYCF, and other nutrition services
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (diploma with relevant experience may be considered)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in nutrition programmes, preferably TSFP/CMAM
• Experience supervising field teams in humanitarian or emergency settings
• Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in remote field locations
• Fluency in local language(s); working knowledge of English preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently to programme sites
