This position is contingent upon the successful approval of the project proposal and associated grant funding. CVs of shortlisted candidates will be included in the grant submission to demonstrate team capacity. Employment offers will be confirmed only upon final grant approval.

2. Purpose of the Position

The Female Community Mobilizer will support community outreach, beneficiary mobilization, and engagement of women and girls, including returnees and IDPs, to ensure inclusive participation in project activities, working with MESEs.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct community outreach and awareness sessions for women and girls
  • Identify, register, and mobilize eligible beneficiaries
  • Support communication between communities and the project team
  • Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and field activities
  • Collect basic feedback and report community concerns

4. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in community mobilization or social work
  • Experience working with women, IDPs, and vulnerable groups
  • Strong communication skills and community acceptance
