Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision‑making. The role involves analyzing budgets, forecasts, and investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and helping optimize organizational performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MSc or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or CFA certification preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for coordination with management and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business scenarios.
  • Review and interpret financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
