About BARAN
Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs
Job Description
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming TSFP supplies
• Ensure proper storage of nutrition commodities according to standards (FIFO/FEFO principles)
• Maintain accurate stock records (stock cards, bin cards, and inventory registers)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Ensure safe and clean warehouse conditions (temperature, ventilation, hygiene)
• Track expiry dates and ensure timely utilization of near-expiry items
• Support distribution of supplies to beneficiaries or health facilities
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records
• Report any damage, loss, or discrepancies immediately
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (GRN, waybills, issue vouchers)
• Assist during audits and monitoring visits
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in stock/warehouse management (preferably in nutrition or humanitarian projects)
• Experience with TSFP/CMAM programs is an advantage
