CONTEXT:
· Conduct medical examinations and provide treatment for male patients, including children.
· Improve the quality and accessibility of health services for male patients, particularly children.
· Ensure proper follow-up and monitoring of pediatric patients attending the health facility.

· Manage and oversee pharmacy operations.

Before Examination:
· Prioritize and appropriately manage patients, giving special attention to severely ill children and other emergency cases.
· Supervise and ensure the cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and the overall health facility environment.
· Receive patients respectfully and maintain professional conduct.
· Deliver scheduled health education sessions to patients and attendants.
· Ensure consultation rooms and service areas are clean and prepared for service delivery.
During Examination:
· Obtain comprehensive medical histories from patients.
· Conduct complete physical examinations.
· Diagnose and treat patients according to approved clinical guidelines and standard treatment protocols.
· Identify and refer cases that cannot be managed at the facility to higher-level health facilities.
· Adhere to infection prevention and control (IPC) measures at all times.
· Properly complete tally sheets, registers, and patient records.
· Strengthen and improve the quality of health services provided to patients, especially children.
· Provide clear explanations to patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations.
· Perform dressing and wound care procedures in accordance with aseptic and antiseptic principles.
· Monitor and supervise the performance of staff responsible for different service areas.
· Submit recommendations to relevant departments to improve the quality of health services.

After Examination:
· Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment and supplies after use.
· Dispense medications strictly according to prescriptions without unauthorized modifications.
· Educate patients on medication storage, safety precautions, and proper usage instructions.
· Maintain responsibility for the quality and quantity of medicines, including storage, daily registration, stock management, and monitoring expiry dates.
· Organize medicines alphabetically and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy, including injectable drugs, oral syrups, and medical supplies.
· Prioritize the use of medicines nearing expiry and routinely monitor expiration dates.
· Inform the Pharmacy Officer at least one month before medicine expiry dates.
· Return expired medicines to the relevant department according to established procedures.
· Maintain complete records of daily prescriptions.
· Update stock cards accurately, including item names, dates, quantities, descriptions, and daily stock movements.
