Full-Stack Web Developer Intern (Only Male-16 Positions)

HPL is an Afghan company providing services and operational support to international organizations and private clients. Our technology team builds and maintains modern web applications and data platforms that support our operations across the organization.

HPL is offering a 6 month Full-Stack Web Developer Internship for motivated graduates who want to build real web applications and grow into full time developers. Interns work under the direct supervision of senior developers, learn modern web development practices, and contribute to internal systems and product features. Strong performers will be offered a contract at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• •     Assist in developing web applications under the supervision of senior developers.
• •     Build and update web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• •     Help develop application features using modern web frameworks.
• •     Work with APIs and databases on assigned tasks.
• •     Test and fix basic application issues.
• •     Use Git for version control and follow the team code review process.
• •     Collaborate with the development team on assigned tasks.
• •     Learn and apply new web development tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• •     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• •     Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• •     Familiarity with at least one web framework (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Laravel, ASP.NET Core, or Django).
• •     Basic understanding of databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and APIs.
• •     Familiarity with Git is a plus.
• •     Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• •     Good communication and problem solving skills.
