HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right.

In 1992 HealthNet TPO was established by ‘Doctors without Borders’ to bridge the gap between emergency aid and structural development. The organization is now the result of a merger between HealthNet International (HNI) and the Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO). HNI has knowledge and experience in reinforcing healthcare systems and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of transmissible diseases. TPO is an expert in the field of psychosocial and mental health care for survivors of war and natural disasters.  HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is managed by a team of qualified Afghans and supported by a team of experts at the HQ of the organization in Holland.

HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. HealthNet TPO is currently implementing projects in almost 20 provinces of Afghanistan and the major program it implements are HER (Health Emergency Response) projects in three provinces, Nutrition, Mental Health and Psychosocial, Malaria Control program, Tuberculus....... through a community system strengthening approach.

HealthNet TPO has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. HNITPO takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving HNITPO employees and Related Personnel.

• د لمړنیو روانی مرستو وړاندی کول هغو کسانو ته چی د جنګ تروما، شکنجی تروما، جنسیتی تبعیض یی تجربه کړی دی او د لزوم په وخت کی د طبیعی پیښو نه د ژوندی پاتی کسانو لپاره لمړنی روانی مرسته وکړی
• د روانی تروما په برخه کی سکریننګ (بیلونه) او ارزونه ترسره کړی
• پوهاوی ورکړی، ستونزی حل کړی، خبری اتری وکړی، او د خلکو سره د جګړی، شکنجی، روانی تروما او جنسیتی تبعیض په اړه خبری وکړی.
• د باکیفیت راپور ورکونی په خاطر، د ډیټابیس د کارکوونکو سره په دقیق ډول سره کار وکړی.
• ددی څخه ځان ډاډه کړی چی د مراجعه کوونکو سره د ټولو کارونو محرمیت ساتل کیږی او اخلاقی اصول چی د کلتور سره مناسبه وی مراعت کیږی، مخصوصا د جنسیتی حساسیتونو په برخه کی
• د روانی تروما او روانی ټولنیز ملاتړ په اړه عامه پوهاوی کی مرسته وکړی.
• د ریفر د سیستم په رامنځته کولو کی د مرسته وکړی.
• د نظارت، دیبریفنګ او نورو غونډو له لاری  د ځان د مراقبت په فعالیتونو کی ګډون وکړی

• ګډون کول په مجالسو،ورکشاپونواو تريننګونو کي .

·       په پښتو او دری ژبو کی  په تحریری او شفاهی ډول سره فصاحت ولری

·       د محلی سیمو، ټولنیزو جوړښتونو په اړه پوهه ولری او په ټولنه کی یا ټولنیز/ساحوی کار په برخه کی مخکینی تجربه ولری

·       ددی وړتیا ولری چی د فشار نه ډک چاپیریال کی کار وکړی او همدارنګه ددی وړتیا هم ولری چی د ګرځنده روغتیایی ټیم سره/ ټولنو کی وګرځی

·       د ټیم سره ښه همکار واوسی

·       په تحریری او شفاهی ډول سره د افهام او تفهیم ښه مهارت ولری د ژوندی پاتی کسانو سره، ټولنو سره، او مسلکی شریکانو سره
