Relief International (RI) is an international non-profit organization that partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing.

Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, providing Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education and Livelihoods programming that creates the foundation for community resilience. 

We do this by working with local actors to develop safe and inclusive local programming that is evidence based, conflict sensitive, climate smart, and reaches those in need.

Relief International is an alliance of four organizations with one shared mission, comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, Relief International-UK and Relief International-Europe, which operate under a one-team concept under a single senior leadership team.

4. د ښځینه کارکوونکو د ورځنیو فعالیتونو څارنه او د اړتیا پر مهال تخنیکي لارښوونه ورکول.
5. د روغتیايي خدمتونو د کیفیت د ښه والي لپاره عملي سپارښتنې وړاندې کول.
6. د روغتیايي پروسیجرونو د ملي لارښودونو، SOPs او معیارونو مطابق د ترسره کېدو څارنه.
7. د IPC، Patient Safety او Quality of Care معیارونو په پلي کولو کې د کارکوونکو ملاتړ.
8. د ښځینه روغتیايي کارکوونکو د ظرفیت لوړولو اړتیاوې مشخصول او اړوندې روزنې پیشنهادول.
9. د On-the-Job Training (OJT) او عملي Coaching په ترسره کولو کې مرسته کول.
10. د روغتیايي مرکزونو د خدمتونو، راجسترونو او راپورونو ارزونه او د معلوماتو د کیفیت په ښه کولو کې مرسته.
11. د ستونزو او تخنیکي تشو پېژندل او د حل لپاره له اړوندو مسؤلینو سره همغږي.
12. د کم‌کیفیته یا کم‌فعالیت لرونکو خدماتو لپاره د Corrective Action Plan (CAP) په جوړولو او تعقیب کې مرسته کول.
13. د ښځینه کارکوونکو د کاري فعالیتونو، لاسته راوړنو او ستونزو په اړه منظم راپور ورکول.
14. د روغتیايي مرکزونو د ښځینه کارکوونکو لپاره د مسلکي، درناوي‌محور او ملاتړ کوونکي کاري چاپېریال په رامنځته کولو کې مرسته.
15. د مراجعینو د محرمیت، کرامت او د ناروغ‌محور خدمتونو اصول رعایتول.
16. د ټولنې له ښځینه غړو، CHWs او اړوندو ټولنیزو کارکوونکو سره د اړتیا پر مهال همغږي.
17. د ښځینه مراجعینو د روغتیايي خدمتونو ته د لاسرسي د ستونزو په پېژندنه او حل کې مرسته.
18. د اړوندو روغتیايي شاخصونو د ښه والي لپاره د مرکزونو له ټیمونو سره ګډ کار کول.
19. د Mentorship فعالیتونو اړوند Checklist، Coaching Forms او Visit Reports په منظم ډول بشپړول.
20. د ادارې، روغتیا وزارت او پروژې د اړوندو پالیسو، لارښودونو او SOPs مطابق خپلې دندې ترسره کول

• لږ تر لږه د Nursing، Midwifery، Public Health یا اړوندې روغتیايي برخې تحصیلي سند.
• په روغتیايي مرکزونو کې حداقل دری تر پنځه کاله اړونده کاري تجربه.
• د Mentorship، Coaching یا Supportive Supervision تجربه امتیاز ګڼل کېږي.
• د BPHS/EPHS او روغتیايي خدمتونو له معیارونو سره ښه بلدتیا.
• د ښځینه روغتیايي کارکوونکو د ظرفیت لوړولو وړتیا.
• ښه ارتباطي، تدریسي او interpersonal skills.
• د راپور لیکلو او د معلوماتو د ثبت وړتیا.
• د کمپیوټر او MS Office اساسي مهارتونه.
• د ساحوي سفرونو او د ولایت په کچه د روغتیايي مرکزونو د لیدنې وړتیا
