Relief International (RI) is an international non-profit organization that partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing.

Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, providing Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education and Livelihoods programming that creates the foundation for community resilience. 

We do this by working with local actors to develop safe and inclusive local programming that is evidence based, conflict sensitive, climate smart, and reaches those in need.

Relief International is an alliance of four organizations with one shared mission, comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, Relief International-UK and Relief International-Europe, which operate under a one-team concept under a single senior leadership team.

4. د EPI اړوند راجسترونو، فورمو او راپورونو په منظم ډول ډکول او ساتل.
5. د واکسینونو او Immunization Supplies د موجودۍ په ثبت او څارنه کې مرسته کول.
6. د Cold Chain وسایلو او د واکسینونو د مناسبې ساتنې شرایطو په څارنه کې مرسته کول.
7. د واکسینونو د حرارت درجه په منظم ډول څارل او ثبتول.
8. د واکسینونو د Stock Card او نورو اړوندو اسنادو په تازه ساتلو کې مرسته کول.
9. د Vaccine Wastage معلومات راټولول، تحلیل او راپورول.
10. د واکسیناسیون د هدفونو او پوښښ د لاسته راوړنو په تعقیب کې مرسته کول.
11. د Zero-dose، Dropout او Missed Children د پېژندنې او تعقیب په فعالیتونو کې مرسته کول.
12. د Outreach او Mobile vaccination فعالیتونو د پلان او تطبیق په برخه کې همکاري.
13. د واکسیناسیون ټیمونو سره د اړینو موادو، فورمو او وسایلو په برابرولو کې مرسته کول.
14. د واکسیناسیون د ټیمونو د فعالیتونو او ساحوي معلوماتو راټولول او د EPI مسؤل سره یې شریکول.
15. د Routine Immunization، Campaigns او SIAs اړوندو فعالیتونو کې مرسته کول.
16. د واکسیناسیون د ټیمونو د اړتیا وړ IEC/BCC موادو په برابرولو او وېش کې مرسته کول.
17. د ټولنې د پوهاوي او د واکسین د منلو د زیاتوالي په فعالیتونو کې د CHWs او نورو ټولنیزو کارکوونکو سره همکاري.
18. د واکسیناسیون اړوند د AEFI (Adverse Events Following Immunization) پېښو د ثبت او راپور ورکولو په برخه کې مرسته کول.
19. د EPI معلوماتو د کیفیت، بشپړتیا او پر وخت راپور ورکولو څارنه.
20. د EPI د میاشتنیو، اونیزو او ورځنیو راپورونو په چمتو کولو کې مرسته کول.
21. د EPI اړوند HMIS/DHIS2 معلوماتو د ثبت او تصدیق په برخه کې همکاري.
22. د واکسیناسیون د فعالیتونو د Monitoring او Supportive Supervision پر مهال له ټیم سره همکاري.
23. د کم‌پوښښ لرونکو سیمو او مرکزونو د پېژندنې او د اصلاحاتي اقداماتو په تعقیب کې مرسته کول.
24. د واکسینونو، Syringes، Safety Boxes او نورو EPI موادو د ضایع کېدو د مخنیوي لپاره د اړوندو اصولو رعایت.
25. د عامې روغتیا وزارت او ادارې د EPI Guidelines، SOPs او Immunization Standards مطابق خپلې دندې ترسره کول.

• لږ تر لږه د Health Sciences، Nursing، Midwifery، Public Health یا اړوندې برخې تحصیلي سند.
• د EPI/Immunization په برخه کې حداقل دری کاله اړونده کاري تجربه امتیاز ګڼل کېږي.
• د Routine Immunization او Campaign فعالیتونو سره بلدتیا.
• د EPI راپورونو، راجسترونو او معلوماتو د مدیریت ښه پوهه.
• د Cold Chain د اساسي اصولو سره بلدتیا.
• د کمپیوټر، MS Word او Excel ښه مهارت.
• د معلوماتو راټولولو، تحلیل او راپور ورکولو وړتیا.
• د ټیم کار، همغږۍ او ارتباط ښه مهارتونه.
• د ساحوي سفرونو او د اړتیا پر مهال د اضافي کاري ساعتونو د ترسره کولو وړتیا.
