Job Description

Job Summary

This Position performs all the related tasks to Afpay debit cards such as processing of the Afpay debit card transactions, dispute cases and Afpay debit card transaction settlement. 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

1.  Responding the emails of branches and customers related to Afpay dispute cases and complaints.

2.  Analyze the daily settlement files related to Afpay debit cards

3.  Processing of the Afpay debit card transaction settlement

4.  Verify the transaction with the GL and make sure that GL has received the correct credits/reconcile the AfPay GL

5.  Preparing the memos related to Afpay transactions

6.  Monitor of Afpay GLs and making sure that there is not any difference in the GLs

7.  Monitoring of the AIB Afpay debit cards daily transactions and download the files from APS SFTP

8.  Clearing the entries related to AfPay transactions from DAB, as per audit timeline

9.  Communicating with APS for any technical matters related to the AfPay cards

10.Communicating with IT department on any issue related to AfPay products

11.Clearing the ATMs transactions connected to APS with the ATM unit

12.Performing given task by supervisor

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS       

-   Bachelor in business administration or any related field  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

-    At least two years of working experience in banking

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

-   Hard working

-   Accountable for the responsibilities

-   Self-management competency

-   Well communication skill

-   Ability to speak well in English

- Written ability in English
