Key skill and competencies required:

Sensitivity to gender issues.

dependable person with strong initiative, judgment and adaptability as well as excellent skills in communication, organizational, interpersonal relations, decision-making, financial management and reporting.

problem solving and basic counseling skills

negotiations skills and effective verbal and listening communications skills in English, Dari and Pashto

Master’s or Bachelor degree in business administration and/or in relevant field

Master’s degree 2 years of relevant experience needed with Bachelor’s degree 4 years of experience needed.

Work Experience

At least two years of experience in similar capacity with government or INGO/NNGO’s.

Must adhere and comply to PSEA rules and guidelines.
