Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Website Developer & Social Media Manager to build, manage, and maintain our online presence. This role combines technical expertise in website development with social media management to create cohesive, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website, optimizing it for user experience, and crafting a compelling social media strategy to engage our audience and promote OFRD's services.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website (including creating new pages, optimizing performance, and ensuring mobile compatibility).
  • Ensure website security, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform regular updates.
  • Optimize the website for SEO to increase organic search traffic.
  • Integrate third-party tools and plugins as necessary (e.g., CRM, analytics, marketing automation).
  • Monitor site performance, track user behavior, and implement improvements for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Work on different platforms such as Shopify, WordPress and online e-commerce platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Schedule regular posts and manage content calendars.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create videos and take high-quality pictures for products and services.
  • Make and post attractive posts messages for brand promotion.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS platforms).
    • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
    • Knowledge of website performance optimization, security, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
    • Good experience in web development on different plateforms.
  • Social Media Skills:
    • Proven experience managing social media platforms for businesses (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
    • Content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting) are a plus.
    • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing and development.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • 2+ years of experience in website development and/or social media management.
