We are seeking a Website Developer with highly skills in Craft CMS who is expected to manage, maintain, and enhance our company website. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Craft CMS, ensuring optimal website performance, security, and user experience. The role requires a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, content management systems, and SEO best practices.

The incumbent will work closely with marketing and communications teams to implement new website features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless user experience across all devices.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop, manage, and enhance the company's website using Craft CMS.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality of the website.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix issues (e.g., broken links, slow loading speed, outdated content).
• Maintain a responsive design for mobile and desktop compatibility.
• Implement best practices for website security and data protection.

Customization & Feature Development

• Develop custom plugins and modules for Craft CMS as needed.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services for enhanced functionality.
• Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and interactive UI/UX elements.
• Optimize website structure and navigation for seamless user experience.

Content Management & SEO Optimization

• Ensure the website’s content is up-to-date and aligned with the company’s brand.
• Implement SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, meta tags, and structured data markup.
• Monitor Google Analytics and other tracking tools to improve website performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages and conversion rates.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Craft CMS, hosting, and integrations.
• Provide support for content editors and team members who update the website.
• Manage website hosting, DNS configurations, and server maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain website backups to prevent data loss.

Performance Analysis & Improvement

• Track and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, user behavior, conversion rates).
• Use data-driven insights to optimize website structure and content.
• Stay updated on the latest web technologies, Craft CMS updates, and industry best practices.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in Craft CMS, web development, or SEO are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in website development, with a strong focus on Craft CMS.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Twig templating.
• Experience with MySQL databases, version control (Git), and API integrations.
• Understanding of website security protocols, hosting environments, and server configurations.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and web performance tools.
