MEP Designer (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined MEP Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, organizational discipline, and the ability to effectively coordinate between office and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Responsible for designing all MEP systems, including HVAC systems, fire protection, VRF systems, plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, sewerage systems, and other required mechanical systems.

Technical Documentation: Prepares and delivers comprehensive project documentation, drawings, BOQs, and specifications with utmost accuracy and clarity.

Close Coordination with Site Engineers: Ensures seamless communication with the MEP Site Engineer to provide real-time technical support, necessary modifications, and immediate access to required data and materials.

Projct Execution Support: Works in alignment with site teams to ensure all MEP installations adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Proactively identifies potential challenges and ensures quick, effective resolutions without causing disruptions to project flow.

System Longevity & Future Planning: Ensures that all selected MEP systems are designed for long-term operational efficiency and that all necessary technical details, such as system capacity, model selection, installation locations, and compatibility with future expansions, are properly documented and communicated.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering master degree is preferred  .

Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP system design and project coordination.

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software.

Exceptional discipline, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Language skills: fluent in Dari Pashto, English
