Afghan Youth Services Organization (AYSO) is a National Afghan NGO registered in 2006 with the MoEc of Afghanistan with registration No:397.AYSO since came into being has developed, successfully implemented, and provided direct assistance services in different   sectors such as health, educational, Food Security,  Capacity building, GBV Prevention and Response, Peace, Justice Research, and Surveys human rights and awareness projects and programs with the technical and financial support of several UN Agencies such as UNDP,UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP, and WHO, AYSO has implemented projects with government ministries and departments as well as has been being implementing partner with AAH/USAID, FHI, BARC, AADA,HEWAD, and other National and International Organization

• Provide Primary Health Care Services: Offer comprehensive primary health care services, including triage, first aid, dehydrate patients, trauma care, and the management of both communicable and non-communicable diseases, adhering to Save the Children’s clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Psychological Assessment and Treatment: Assess the psychological status of patients, providing immediate psychological treatment for distress, and referring complicated or severe cases to specialized mental health care in accordance with Save the Children’s mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) guidelines.
• Collaboration with Nursing and Midwifery Staff: Work in coordination with nurses and midwives to ensure quality medical care provision, particularly in maternal and child health services, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
• Medical Record Keeping: Complete and maintain individual patient cards, ensuring that all medical information is recorded accurately and comprehensively, in line with Save the Children’s standards for patient documentation and confidentiality.
• Reporting: Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports on medical activities, patient outcomes, and any challenges faced, sharing these reports with the line manager to ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of services.

Supply Management: Raise regular supply requests to the line manager, ensuring the timely procurement and distribution of medical supplies, including therapeutic food, drugs, and medical equipment, to ensure the mobile team’s operations are well-stocked and functioning smoothly.
 

Note: Contract issuance is subject to project's donor approval and fund availability. 

• Graduated from a known medical university 
• Confirmation from the government exam is a must.
• At least one year of experience in clinical site.
