Afghanaid is a British humanitarian and development NGO established in 1983. It is headquartered in Kabul and is currently working in four provinces: Badakhshan, Samangan, Ghor, and Daykundi. We also work through partners in nine others: Herat, Faryab, Jawzjan, Sar-i-Pul, Balkh, Bamyan, Takhar, Khost and Paktia. The Provincial Manager is responsible for leading the project implementation at the provincial level in [Balkh, Jowzjan, Saripul, Faryab, Kandhar, Zabul, Badgis & Ghor]. This role involves managing staff, overseeing project activities, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards, and coordinating closely with local authorities and communities. The Provincial Manager will ensure that all project interventions are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in line with the project's objectives
Responsibilities:
Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant area or equivalent professional experience.
Work Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in Community Driven Development projects, and familiar with community base implementation, coordination with CDCs and other stakeholders
