Action for Welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit, and non-political Organization engaged in Multi-Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health, and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability, and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate, and the poor people in Rural Communities.

Survey Section

• Making measurable plan for door-to-door surveying and identifying of vulnerable households based on donor criteria and organization policy in the targeted area project.
• Collecting the beneficiary’s data to the ODK and Moda Software with the best quality, quantity, and timely manner as per given instruction by AWDREO.
• Ensure the number of assigned beneficiaries registration targets are met as per the deadline provided.

Scope Section:

• To register and make entry the project beneficiary information into the SCOPE system based on Donor’s Vulnerability Criteria.
• Be sure about entry of the data of each beneficiary who meets the vulnerability criteria in the SCOPE System. 
• Analyzing the data entered in the Moda System and sure about the quantity and quality of data to avoid form duplication and error.
• Making coordination with the elders or representative of beneficiaries to be present on the day of bio metric on the scope system.

Distribution section:

1. Ensure to distribute food commodities and Cash to the right beneficiaries based on token cards and ID.
2. To coordinate with beneficiaries’ elders or representative for receiving food commodities in on planned distribution days.
3. Ensure proper and complete package of food commodities while distributing for beneficiaries.
4. Arrange the food commodities separately in distribution center with close coordination of project team.
5. Immediately inform supervisor in case any conflict arise in distribution area
6. Take active role in the registration and verification of beneficiaries to ensure that the process is fair
7. Take active part in teamwork for better and effectiveness performance of distribution program. 

1. Candidates must have bachelor’s degree of social science
2. The residents are preferred to apply for the mentioned position.
3. The candidate should have very good written and verbal language skills both in national and as well as English.
4. The candidate shall have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an international agency or a non-governmental organization.
5. Well familiar with Ms. Office package, internet, and data entry.
6. Should have fast typing in English, Dari and Pashto
7. Having good time management and collaborating with others
8. Proven ability to work in a culturally diverse team and independently.
9. Be able to travel to all districts of Jawzjan province
10. Be able to work under work pressure.
