Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political NGO established in 1990. The head office of the organization is located in Kabul, Afghanistan, and delivers humanitarian services in the sectors of Livelihood, Local Governance, WASH, and Emergency through its four regional offices in Mazar, Herat, Jalalabad, and the central zone in a decentralized manner.
Purpose of the Position
The Regional Coordinator – TPM will provide strategic leadership and overall operational oversight for Third-Party Monitoring activities within the assigned region. The position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, independent, and compliant monitoring services in line with WFP standards, policies, and contractual requirements. The role requires close coordination with WFP Area Offices, effective supervision of provincial teams, and timely submission of accurate and verified monitoring outputs.
