• Analyze test results, information obtained from operators order to diagnose equipment problem.
• Clean, lubricate and adjust parts of equipment and machinery.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and repairs.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and movement parts.
• Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to variety the adequacy of repairs.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspection testing or repairs.
• Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
• Study blueprints and manufacturers manual to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
• Repair and replace damage or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts of fabricate new parts and assemble new equipment.
• Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operator.
• Record parts and material used and order or requisitions new parts and materials as necessary.
• Best imagination about mechanical works arrangement.
• Knowledge about gearboxes, shafts, chains and bearings.
• Any other lawful assignment assigned by immediate supervisor or leadership

• At least high school graduation is required while Bachelor will be preferable..
  Experience: At least one year relevant experience in industrial companies.
