Habibi Group of Companies is looking for a creative, analytical, and experience Online Booking Representative to join our team in Afghanistan.
As an Online Booking representative will book services via the internet instead of face to face with a client.
Customer engagement initiate contact with potential customers through email, chat, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base
1. Managing online booking systems: Maintaining and updating the online booking platform, ensuring it functions smoothly and provides a seamless user experience.
2. Handling customer inquiries: Responding to customer questions, concerns, and requests related to booking, availability, pricing, and other details.
3. Processing bookings and reservations: Completing booking transactions, processing payments, and managing reservations in the system.
4. Providing customer support: Assisting customers with the booking process, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Analyzing booking data: Generating reports and insights on booking trends, customer behavior, and other metrics to help optimize the booking process.
6. Staying up-to-date Continuously learning about new technologies, booking practices, and customer preferences to enhance the online booking experience.
7. Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to streamline the online booking process and increase customer satisfaction.
