The Medical Management and Research Courses for Afghanistan (MMRCA) is a national, non-for profit, non-political, humanitarian organization established in March 2008 by Afghan Health Professionals and is registered as an NGO with the ministry of economy (MoE) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

MMRCA has been implemented SEHAT-II, SEHAT-III and SEHATMANDI (BPHS+EPHS) Projects in Ghazni, Badghis and Faryab provinces. Currently MMRCA has been awarded the Health Emergency Response Projects Badghis, Samangan and Sar- e-Pul since 1^st February 2023 and will continue until 29^{st Feb}2024 for Badghis province and until 31^th March 2025 for Samangan and Sar-e-Pol provinces.

Through HER Sar-e-Pul project MMRCA has been providing quality health services to the entire population of the province according to BPHS and EPHS guidelines and MoPH policies/ strategies. These services are providing through 3-DHs, 9 CHCs, 20 BHCs, 32 PHCs, one MHT, 5 FHHs and one Prison Health Center. Similarly, HER Samangan has a total of 47 HFs including 3 DHs, 4 CHCs, 14 BHCs, 21 Sub-centers, 1MHT, one prison health center,MMRCA invites and encourage eligible candidates to apply for the position of CDC officer located at Sar-e-Pol provincial office and required travels to districts and HFs.

• Responsible for overall activities related to the communicable disease.
• Take part in all meeting or workshop that conducted at provincial or regional level.
• Conduct supervisory visit from the HFs specific from communicable disease and services.
• Attend quarterly review meeting of TB, Malaria as quarterly or monthly base.
• Close coordination and communication with PTC, PLS and other relevant stakeholders at provincial level.
• Provide on the job training for the health staff during HF’s supervisory visit.
• Active participation in all CDC relevant training that conducting at provincial level.
• Provide CDC related tools, Format, registers, form and guidelines to the HFs.
• Close coordination with PPHD and other NGOs that working in health sector at provincial level.
• Collecting monthly and quarterly report from HFs and share with related departments.
• Timely and regularly visit from HFs and report the visit report to the related supervisor.
• Take out in control and manage of communicable diseases outbreak.
• Responsible for data entry in required database as monthly or quarterly base.
• Any other official task that assigned by the line supervisor.

• Having MD degree from recognize university.
• Three years’ experience in the relevant portion.
• Be proactive and take initiatives and work independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure.

         Familiars with Dari, Pashto and necessary English Languages.
