 Save the Children has been working in Afghanistan since 1976. Our way of working close to people and on their own terms has enabled us to deliver lasting change to tens of thousands of children in the country. The UN Convention of the Rights of the Child is the basis of our work.
We are helping children get a better education, we make it possible for more boys and girls to attend school, we help children protect themselves and influence their own conditions. We work with families, communities and health workers in homes, clinics and hospitals to promote basic health in order to save lives of children and mothers

Job Descriptions:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY 
1.    Follow up of HR document processing and taking signatures of relevant signatories.
2.    Provide the scan copies of HR documents to the country office.
3.    Keeping and scaning personal files of staff.
4.    Take appointement of relevant departments in the induction plan of new employees
5.    Follow up with new joiner to complete their personal files.
6.    Filling the staff performance management document both in hard & soft.
7.    Update provincial HR officers about document  processing and approval on regulare basis.
8.    Assist HR officer & Sr. HR Officer in staff recruitment documents processing.
9.    Facilitate the written test process of relevant position.
10.    Keep   scan copies of all HR-related documents.
11.    Proper filling of staff personal files and keep it updated as per  available check list of regular and voalnateer 
12.    Maintaining an easy-to-use archive for Resumes and Applications.    
13.    File all applicants’ CVs & Documents in specific binders as per required by SCI procedures. 
14.    Support the planning of activities and meetings as required by the supervisor
15.    Ensure Voanteer timesheet information is provided to the staff in time and timesheets are received on time,
16.    Any other task which is delegated by line manager.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS  
•     Relevant bachelor Degree (Fresh Graduate)
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential
•    Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Good multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
