Job Descriptions:

We are actively seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments, aligning processes with organizational goals, and enhancing overall productivity and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in operations management and a proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals and client requirements.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all projects and services meet the company’s quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying areas for potential savings.
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics, generating reports for senior management.
  • Oversee procurement and resource allocation to ensure the proper use of materials and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any operational issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (10) years’ experience in operations management, preferably in industries such as construction, facilities management, or logistics.
  • Proven experience in managing complex operations, including staff supervision, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and controlling operational costs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving company objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, as well as a commitment to safety and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with international clients or government contracts.
