Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance Services. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines. Additionally, the Project Manager will act as the overall supervisor for services across all field locations and sectors, with focal points reporting directly to Company and Client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the overall supervisor for the entire suite of services across all field locations/sectors, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field focal points, ensuring consistent communication and oversight.
  • Make necessary company-related decisions or communicate company decisions to the client as required.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing project demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and expectations.
  • Oversee project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to project activities.
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate risks by identifying potential challenges and creating contingency plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and client satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience in project management, specifically in relevant fields such as Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance Services.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including resource management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, CMMS, or similar).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Experience working with international agencies is highly desirable.
