Afg-Chin Oil and Gas Limited 

1. In non-presence of head of dispatcher the below responsibities will be done by dispatcher 

• Performing of other duties assigned by production manager and deputy manager.
• Sending and submitting the data collected production reports to the Main Office and The Ministry of Mine.

2. Arranging of daily dispatcher meetings
3. Preparing of daily work plan for (Central Processing Facilities) CPF Production, Processing Loading and Laboratory
4. Transferring of directions and decisions made in dispatcher meeting to production, Processing, Loading and Laboratory sections. 
5. Receiving daily activities report from all units of oil gather station
6. Preparing of daily, monthly and annually production reports for all units of CPF.
7. Reporting all daily activities of oil CPF to Production manager and deputy manager.
8. Managing vehicles for transporting of all staff to site
9. Serving as Connection Bridge between Main Office and Field Staff.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field within the oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with one of foreign language (English, Chinese and Russian)
• Good familiarity with Ms office packages along with excellent typing skill of Dari and English

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in dispatch management within the oil and gas industry, preferably in crude oil production and transportation.
• Proven track record of coordinating logistics operations in an oilfield environment, managing complex scheduling, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Specialty

• Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements for crude oil dispatching.
• Expertise in dispatch management software, tracking systems, and process optimization for transportation in oil and gas field operations.

Language and Computer Skills

• Proficiency in English and local languages with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with dispatch management software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), and tracking and reporting systems.
• Should have two years of work experience in oil and gas industry
• Good presentation skill about the working environment
• Good management skill at working site
