Afghan Community and Health Rehabilitation Organization (ACHRO) are non-political, non for profit, non- governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Economy of GIRoA on April, 08, 2010 under registration # 1658. ACHRO’s   DUNS # is 561208134. ACHRO has also been registered or recognized as partner with more than 40 national and International organizations. ACHRO is active Partner of (UNHCR) and (WHH). ACHRO has established and maintains network with civil society, community-based social institutions, and government line ministries in Afghanistan. ACHRO’s core sectors of activities include health, emergency/relief, capacity building, and livelihood and development sectors. ACHRO is currently implementing UNHCR-funded project in the South-East, south and central regions of the country.  

• Active participation on survey for the identification and selection of the beneficairy in targeted areas
• conduct focus group discusion with the beneficairy to adress project goals, objectives, impacts and other related topics about the project.
• Facilitate Awareness trainings regarding Child Protections, Hygiene in cold weather 
• Organize and manage the distribution of essential winterization items, such as hygine kits, warm clothing, blankets etc to female beneficairies.
• Create a supportive enviroment for project implementation (female sector)
• Responsible for maintaining proper working environment for implementation of Winterization project (female part),including sharing concerns, suggestion/feedback/complaints from female beneficiaries/community and convey ACHRO  response and constructive feedback with concerned females.
• Raise knowledge and awareness of female beneficiaries on how to keep their environment and the house clean and hygienic and how to properly use the hygienic kits distributed
• Perfome any other duties assinged by the project manager.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in social science, or other related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Previous working experience with IDPs, refugees and/or returnees
• Strong Knowledge of social sensitivities and social fabrics
• Previous experience of working with rural communities
• Strong communication skills
• Strong command of local languages(Dari and Pashto)
