Job Descriptions:

The Field Monitor will assist in monitoring the progress of the Implementation of the Mother and Child Health Program, providing regular reports to Project Coordinator, the field monitor will also assist in monitoring projects implementation, The field monitor will visit areas where project target areas

  • Assist in undertaking regular assessment based on the work plan and schedule given the project manager or Project Coordinator.
  • Monitor the implementation of Mother and Child Health project and prepare necessary feedback and recommendation for the improvement
  • Prioritize persons and groups of concern for interview and selection of the beneficiaries.
  • Negotiate with local relevant partners and population of concern to resolve problems.
  • Keep regular contact with other project staff, local authority and communities
  • Collate assistance programme(s) data in accordance with clear direction, in order to support programme reviews and informative decision-making
  • Receive and collate comments and feedback from partners, and beneficiaries, to support identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations
  • Conduct surveys, focus group discussions and in-depth interviews at the community level as well as with government partners including training facilitation, data collection supervision, and note-taking.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor degree in social sciences, or related careers such as political science,

knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.

• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation

Language: Fluency in spoken and written English, Dari and Pashtoo is required.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in community mobilization and engagement.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in project management.
