And is registered with the Ministry of Commerce. • One of Gulbahar Investment`s most successful and most famous project is Gulbahar Business Center which was built in 2007. The architectural and structural design and construction supervision of Gulbahar Plaza as a new commercial residential complex at the Airport Main Road in Microyan Destrict, in Kabul-Afghanistan.

• Install, maintain, modify and repair special purpose HVAC + R systems and equipment to provide specific and critical climatic conditions in laboratories, special purpose facilities, offices
• Provides training, mentoring, coaching to the HVAC staff, to include guidance on individual/team goals and professional development and the performance management process
• Develop local HVAC market strategies aligned with regional and organizational goals
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble air conditioning components (e.g., pumps, impellers, compressors, chillers, receivers, evaporators) to return equipment to working condition
• Use air conditioning and refrigeration principles and theories (e.g., refrigeration cycle, heat transfer laws, airflow calculations) to determine repair strategy
• Install, maintain and repairs mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and/ or manually operated components and equipment associated with the operation of large-scale HVAC + R systems
• Coordinates the scheduling of third-party contractors and manages contractor personnel while on-site at GW
• Executes the progressive disciplinary process when necessary
• Manage & organize all aspect of marketing management and business plan for air conditioning business to achieve company objectives
• Work closely and coordinate with other teams for launching new products in a timely manner

Job Requirements for AC Technician
    1.    Education:
    •    High School Diploma or equivalent.
    •    Vocational training or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
    2.    Experience:
    •    1-3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems (split, window, and central ACs).

Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
    3.    Technical Skills:
    •    Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems.
    •    Knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components.
    •    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
    •    Skills in using tools like multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and hand tools.
    4.    Certifications:
    •    Certification in HVAC systems or relevant licenses for refrigerant handling (e.g., EPA Certification).
    •    Safety training (OSHA or equivalent) is a plus.
    5.    Physical Requirements:
    •    Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25-30 kg).
    •    Comfortable working in high temperatures, tight spaces, and heights.
