About the Organization:

HISTORY

Global Partners is an international Non Government Organization (NGO) based in the United Kingdom that carries out humanitarian projects worldwide. Global Partners was formed in 1991 with the objectives of advancing education and relieving poverty.

WHERE WE WORK

Global Partners has been involved in relief work in more than 20 countries around the world and has continuing development projects in Afghanistan and Tajikistan, to identify and evaluate the greatest needs of the people we serve. Alongside local partners, we attempt to eliminate obstacles and elevate the abilities and success of communities.

Global Partners maintains a broad base of donors and receives funding from:

• Charitable groups

Global Partners never solicits funds from countries in which Global Partners is working.  Global Partners (UK) is a registered British charity (1009755) and welcomes funding from all sources, provided such funding falls within the stated objectives of advancing education and relieving poverty.

WHAT WE DO:

Global Partners works in the areas of community development, education and training, health improvement, emergency relief, and refugee assistance.

Job Description (Describe the position):

• Supervise all related HPs regularly.
• Train CHWs when the training is necessary.
• Establish coordination and cooperation between community and clinic to ensure achieving good outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
• Arrange and select health Shura of related health centers according to CBHC policies.
• Inform and explain health problems to community and discuss solutions.
• Perform on job training of CHWs in field.
• Report every kind of problems and challenges to head of clinic during achieving of health program related goals.
• Supply drug kits to HPs.
• Inspire and motivate CHWs for group working.
• Report all activities of CHWs to health facility.
• Supervision of pictorial tally sheets, register and community map made by CHWs and help them if necessity.
• Help CHWs for preparing MAR report and prepare MAAR report and send them to clinic center.
• Other assigned duties indicated by his supervisor.

• At least 12^th grade graduate. Graduation from a medical institute (Nursing, Pharmacy) is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in same position with NGOs/INGOs.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of English is desirable.
• Experience with using Ms. Office is desirable.
