Job Summary
A Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project process, working closely with donors, contractors, engineers, and designers to ensure all the aspects of the construction projects are managed well. The incumbent will supervise the overall implementation of all project-related activities, in collaboration with and on behalf of the Site Civil Engineers, to ensure effective implementation of projects in line with the approved design, and in compliance with the donor's requirements. The incumbent will be based in the (WDIO) Kabul Main office, to monitor, lead, manage, and review the document progress in the field. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing technical support and capacity building to all project Staff.
