Job Descriptions:

In-door sales & marketing executive:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Indoor Sales Executive & Customer Care Representative to promote and sell telecom SIM cards, top-up services, voice & data packages within our franchise outlet. This role is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Out-door sales & marketing executive:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth through new client acquisition and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-maker.

Duties & Responsibilities

In-door sales responsibilities

  • Sell prepaid and postpaid SIM cards, internet packages, and other telecom services to walk-in customers.
  • Understand product offerings, promotions, and bundle packages to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the franchise and telecom company.
  • Register SIM cards and activate services through the authorized registration platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Track inventory of SIMs, scratch cards, and devices; report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Customer Care Duties:
  • Provide high-quality service to customers by addressing queries related to SIMs, mobile packages, recharges, and telecom-related services.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers in SIM replacement, recharge issues, and activation delays.
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming store environment.
  • Operational Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, activations, and customer registrations.
  • Ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected for each SIM sale.
  • Coordinate with telecom company representatives and area managers for updates, reporting, and marketing materials.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated with new product knowledge and process changes.

 Out-door sales responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key corporate accounts and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

 

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads through content marketing, email campaigns, events, and digital advertising.

Job Requirements:

In-door sales Qualification:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telecom or retail sales preferred.
  • Good understanding of mobile telecom products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, CRM systems, digital KYC tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in Local Language and Pashto/Dari/ English as applicable.

 

Out-door sales Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom & fmcg industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
