Develop marketing strategies to promote handicrafts in local and regional markets.
Identify sales opportunities in local bazaars, fairs, exhibitions, and shops.
Organize and manage stalls or booths during market days and community events.
Build connections with shop owners, traders, and buyers to display and sell products.
Assist artisans in packaging, labeling, and presenting products in a market-friendly way.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to product quality or design.
Promote products through flyers, social media, and word of mouth in the local community.
Keep records of sales, customer contacts, and inventory.
Support training sessions for artisans on marketing, pricing, and customer service.
Ensure branding and quality standards are maintained across all products.
At least 12th grade (high school graduate) is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or small business support—preferably in handicrafts or similar products.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to promote products using basic social media tools and printed materials.
Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and product presentation techniques.
Ability to speak and write in Pashto, Dari, and English.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to travel to markets, exhibitions, and field locations when needed.
