We are conveniently headquartered in Herat, Afghanistan, providing our company with an ideal and flexible base for our operations across the country. Asia Pharma currently has a presence in 8 different provinces across Afghanistan and offices in Dubai, China, and Pakistan.

We are looking for a web developer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our organization. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our organization’s branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with relevant Team.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Utilize graphic design software. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop.
• Collaborate with team members. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.

• Proficiency in using web development software such as (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Introduction to Program (Node.js, React, MySQL, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, AI and Adobe)
• Ability to work with (CMS)
• Responsive Design
• At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field
• Ability to write and read Dari, Pashto, and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
