Organization for Sustainable Development (OFSD) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization and was established in 2014 by a group of Afghans. OFSD participates

in the process of reconstruction and development of Afghanistan by working with and for people in need in Afghanistan. We work to empower Afghans for reaching a better future. We do this by

designing, developing, and implementing projects across Afghanistan focusing on seven thematic

areas including: agriculture, democracy and governance, economic growth, education, gender

equality, infrastructure, and humanitarian assistance.

Trainer : 

The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs aimed at empowering women and promoting sustainable development practices within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training modules for community members.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Assess the training needs of the community.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants.
• Collaborate with the community mobilizer to enhance program effectiveness.

Community Mobilizer :

The Community Mobilizer will work closely with local communities to promote engagement and participation in sustainable development initiatives, particularly focusing on women’s empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize community members to participate in programs and activities.
• Build relationships with local leaders and organizations.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community to inform program development.
• Assist in the implementation of outreach strategies.

Data Collector:

The Data Collector will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data related to program activities and community impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather relevant data.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for program evaluation.
• Collaborate with the trainer and community mobilizer to assess program outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in  Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in  training matetrials development , community mobilizing and data collection and analysis.
